Job Announcement – Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The Armenian Association of Social Workers invites qualified specialists who meet the required criteria to apply for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist within the framework of the “RISE-Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Displaced and Vulnerable Population” project (tender No. AASW-RISE-004/26 – 2).
Purpose of the Position
To ensure the effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation processes, contributing to improved service quality and assessment of program results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Develop and implement M&E plans
- Carry out field visits and data collection
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Develop M&E tools and ensure feedback mechanisms
- Ensure proper data management and storage
Requirements
- Higher education in social sciences, social work, sociology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in social or humanitarian programs is an asset
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and/or English is an asset
