Job Announcement – Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The Armenian Association of Social Workers invites qualified specialists who meet the required criteria to apply for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist within the framework of the “RISE-Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Displaced and Vulnerable Population” project (tender No. AASW-RISE-004/26 – 2).
Purpose of the Position
To ensure the effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation processes within the project, contributing to the improvement of service quality and the assessment of project results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project monitoring and evaluation
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans
- Carry out field visits and data collection
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Develop evaluation tools and ensure the operation of feedback mechanisms
- Ensure proper data management and storage
Requirements
- Higher education in social sciences, social work, sociology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in social or humanitarian programs is considered an asset
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and/or English is desirable
