Invitation to Tender (ITT) AASW-001/26: Procurement of Services and Goods for the Armenian Association of Social Workers – 2026

The Armenian Association of Social Workers announces a tender (AASW-001/26) for the procurement of services and goods required for the effective and uninterrupted implementation of the organization’s programmatic and administrative activities in 2026, ensuring the fulfillment of operational and programmatic needs in line with international donor requirements, within a transparent, competitive, and efficient procurement process.
Purpose of the Tender
The purpose of this tender is to select reliable and competitive suppliers and service providers who will ensure the provision of high-quality, uninterrupted, and timely services and goods in line with the organization’s needs throughout the contractual period from 1 February 2026 to 30 December 2026.
Through this tender, the organization aims to ensure:

the smooth implementation of organizational programs and daily operations,

the efficient and targeted use of financial resources,
-
a transparent and competitive procurement process,
-
the establishment of sustainable foundations for long-term cooperation.
Service Delivery Period
1 February 2026 – 31 December 2026
The tender is structured into the following lots:

Lot 1 – Hotel services in Yerevan and Tsaghkadzor / Aghveran (Annex 1.1.docx)

Lot 2 – Transportation services across the territory of the Republic of Armenia (Annex 1.2.docx)

Lot 3 – Stationery and office supplies (Annex 1.3.docx)

Lot 4 – Household and cleaning supplies (Annex 1.4.docx)

Lot 5 – Fuel (Annex 1.5.docx)
The bid must include the following documents:

Price Offer, duly prepared, stamped, and signed by the organization.
Note: The price offer must clearly and in detail reflect all requirements specified in the technical specifications of the tender, as provided in Annex 1.The offer must be prepared according to the requested services, quantities, unit prices, and total prices, including VAT and excluding VAT, delivery/service provision timelines, and any other conditions that may affect the evaluation.

Information about the Organization, stamped and signed, in accordance with Annex 2: Organization Information – Event.docx.
This document must include the organization’s legal status, state registration details, tax identification number, banking details, as well as information confirming the organization’s experience, capacity, and competence to provide the relevant services/supplies.
The supplier must have experience in organizing similar events. -
Copy of the State Registration Certificate of the Organization.
Eligibility and Submission
All eligible companies, regardless of their place of registration, may participate in the tender. Companies that meet the above-mentioned requirements may submit their bid and price offer by 12 February of the current year, 18:00, to the following email address: aaswprocurement@gmail.com.
