The Armenian Association of Social Workers invites qualified specialists who meet the required criteria to apply for the position of Supervisor of the socio-rehabilitation service of the Maralik Social Housing within the framework of the “RISE-Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Displaced and Vulnerable Population” project (tender No. AASW-RISE-002/26 – 3).
The Armenian Association of Social Workers, within the framework of the “RISE – Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment” project, invites applications for the position of Supervisor of the socio-rehabilitation service of the Maralik Social Housing.
Purpose of the Position
To ensure professional supervision of the multidisciplinary team, maintain the quality of services, and support the effective implementation of beneficiaries’ social rehabilitation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional supervision to the team (individual and group)
- Oversee the quality of case management and interventions
- Support the professional development of team members
- Coordinate service delivery and cooperation with partner organizations
Requirements
- Higher education in Social Work
- At least 15 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in supervision or team management
