The services will be implemented within the framework of the project “Support to Affected Population through Case Management and Psychological First Aid to Strengthen Lifesaving Assistance and Resilience,” implemented with the support of UNICEF. The project aims to increase public awareness of foster care and promote the engagement of foster families.

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall ensure the following:

• Development of a social media communication strategy,
• Development of communication content, scripts, and materials,
• Production of videos, reels, and visual materials,
• Management of social media pages,
• Ensuring audience engagement and feedback management.

Expected Results

• Developed and approved communication strategy,
• A comprehensive package of communication scripts,
• Produced and published communication materials,
• Active and systematic social media management,
• Increased public awareness of foster care.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested organizations/individuals are required to submit:

• A financial proposal,
• A brief technical proposal (approach and methodology),
• Description of relevant previous experience (portfolio).

The financial proposal must include the full cost of services to ensure a comprehensive service package.
