The Armenian Association of Social Workers announces a call for tenders for the procurement of services and goods necessary for the organization’s activities during 2025.

Service provision period: March 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

The tender is conducted under the following lots:

• Lot 1 – Hotel services in Yerevan and Tsaghkadzor / Aghveran / Annex 1.1.docx

• Lot 2 – Transportation services throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia / Annex 1.2.docx

Purpose of the Tender

The purpose of this tender is to select reliable and competitive suppliers and service providers who will ensure the provision of high-quality, uninterrupted, and timely services and goods in line with the organization’s needs throughout the contractual period from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Through this tender, the organization aims to ensure:

• The smooth implementation of its programs and day-to-day operations,

• The efficient and targeted use of financial resources,

• A transparent and competitive procurement process,

• The establishment of sustainable foundations for long-term cooperation.

Required Application Documents

The application must mandatorily include the following documents:

1. Price Proposal – duly prepared, stamped, and signed by the organization.

   Attention: The price proposal must clearly and comprehensively reflect all requirements specified in the technical specifications of the tender, as provided in Annex 1.1/1.2.

   The proposal must be structured according to the required services, quantities, unit prices, and total prices, including VAT and excluding VAT, delivery/service provision timelines, and any other conditions that may affect the evaluation.

2. Company Information – signed and stamped, in accordance with Annex 2.

   This document must include the company’s legal status, state registration details, tax identification number, banking details, as well as information confirming the company’s experience, capacities, and authorization to provide the relevant services/supplies.

The supplier must have experience in organizing similar events.

All eligible companies, regardless of their place of registration, may participate in the tender. Companies meeting the above requirements may submit their bid proposal by February 24 of the current year, by 18:00, to the following email address: aaswprocurement@gmail.com.
